  • use function sheets to coordinate food and beverage services for scheduled events
  • provide layout/diagram for catering events including table service details
  • maintain sanitation and safety standards in catering areas
  • control labor schedules in accordance with budgeted costs
  • acquire and maintain knowledge of current food and catering trends
  • maintain proper stock levels of catering equipment
  • assist in hiring, training, evaluating and supervising catering staff including scheduling and event communication
  • perform related duties as assigned
