Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- lifting routinely handling items up to 5-25 lbs and occasionally handling items 40-50 lbs
- bending for accessing low areas and handling items

- standing/walking extended periods including moving between areas

- manual dexterity typing interacting with systems handling tools knives thermometers POS systems and managing cleaning tools
- physical mobility navigating stairs doors ramps elevators and using equipment
- physical endurance maintaining energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
- coordination balance multitasking and handling bulky items or equipment in tight spaces
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Deliver warm, genuine hospitality making every guest feel welcomed, cared for, and valued
- prep and serve fresh food with speed and precision ensuring great taste, portions, and presentation
- build accurate, high-quality orders that meet Sweetgreen’s food and brand standards
- keep your station clean, stocked, and organized to support smooth service and strong flow
- follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols to protect guest trust and team standards
- work seamlessly with teammates to balance prep, service, and restocking especially during busy shifts
