Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- routinely handle items weighing 5-25 lbs and occasionally handle 40-50 lbs
- able to bend for accessing low areas and handling items
- able to reach for high areas including building salads and restocking ingredients
- able to stand and walk for extended periods including moving between areas
- able to squat for accessing low areas and handling items
- able to pull items or equipment as needed
- manual dexterity for typing, using tools such as knives, thermometers, POS systems, and cleaning tools
- physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and use equipment
- physical endurance to maintain energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
- coordination for balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items or equipment in tight spaces
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Deliver warm, genuine hospitality making every guest feel welcomed, cared for, and valued
- prep and serve fresh food with speed and precision ensuring great taste, portions, and presentation
- build accurate, high-quality orders that meet Sweetgreen’s food and brand standards
- keep your station clean, stocked, and organized to support smooth service and strong flow
- follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols to protect guest trust and team standards
- work seamlessly with teammates to balance prep, service, and restocking especially during busy shifts
