Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift items routinely 5-25 pounds and occasionally 40-50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, squat and pull as needed for job tasks
- Manual dexterity for typing, handling tools such as knives and thermometers, and operating POS systems
- Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators and use equipment
- Ability to perform repetitive motions including chopping, cleaning, assembling and mixing
- Physical endurance to maintain energy during long shifts and peak periods
- Coordination to multitask and handle bulky items safely in tight spaces
- Standing and walking for extended periods including moving between work areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments with strong customer service skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Passion for food quality, safety, and delivering memorable guest experiences
Job Duties
- Food preparation including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- Line operation to build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Customer interaction by greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions, and delivering friendly and efficient service
- Sanitation and cleaning maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Tool and equipment handling operating kitchen tools and equipment safely including knives, blenders, dish machines and POS systems
- Inventory support by restocking and rotating ingredients and supplies as needed
- Team communication through clear verbal cues to ensure coordination and safety
- Order accuracy following prep guides and recipe cards to prevent cross-contamination
- Multi-tasking efficiently managing prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities especially during peak hours
