Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Ability to routinely handle items weighing 5-25 lbs and occasionally 40-50 lbs
  • Capability to bend, reach high and low areas, squat, and pull items or equipment
  • Manual dexterity for typing, handling kitchen tools and POS systems, and managing cleaning tools
  • Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and equipment
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping, cleaning, assembling, and mixing
  • Physical endurance to maintain energy and efficiency throughout long shifts and peak periods
  • Coordination for balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items in tight spaces
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods including moving between different areas

Job Qualifications

  • Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
  • Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable to various stations
  • Team-oriented with proactive attitude during busy periods
  • Passionate about food quality, safety, and memorable guest experiences
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • Excellent communication skills for clear teamwork and coordination

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Greet customers and share menu knowledge to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and squeezing ingredients
  • Build salads quickly, accurately, and with proper presentation
  • Maintain sanitation and cleaning standards adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment, including knives, robot coupe, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during service and prep shifts
  • Use clear verbal communication to coordinate with team members and ensure workplace safety
  • Follow prep guides and recipe cards to maintain order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
  • Manage multitasking efficiently during peak hours in prep, service, and cleaning tasks
