Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Ability to routinely handle items weighing 5-25 lbs and occasionally 40-50 lbs
- Capability to bend, reach high and low areas, squat, and pull items or equipment
- Manual dexterity for typing, handling kitchen tools and POS systems, and managing cleaning tools
- Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and equipment
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping, cleaning, assembling, and mixing
- Physical endurance to maintain energy and efficiency throughout long shifts and peak periods
- Coordination for balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items in tight spaces
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods including moving between different areas
Job Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
- Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable to various stations
- Team-oriented with proactive attitude during busy periods
- Passionate about food quality, safety, and memorable guest experiences
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- Excellent communication skills for clear teamwork and coordination
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Greet customers and share menu knowledge to ensure a positive customer experience
- Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and squeezing ingredients
- Build salads quickly, accurately, and with proper presentation
- Maintain sanitation and cleaning standards adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment, including knives, robot coupe, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during service and prep shifts
- Use clear verbal communication to coordinate with team members and ensure workplace safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards to maintain order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
- Manage multitasking efficiently during peak hours in prep, service, and cleaning tasks
