Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- routinely handle lifting of items weighing 5-25 lbs and occasionally 40-50 lbs
- capable of bending, reaching, squatting, and pulling for accessing and handling items
- possess manual dexterity for typing and operating kitchen tools including knives and POS systems
- able to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and use equipment
- perform repetitive motions such as chopping and cleaning
- maintain physical endurance through long shifts and peak periods
- demonstrate coordination for multitasking and handling bulky items
- must be 18 years of age or older
- authorized to work in the United States
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
- reliable and organized with ability to learn quickly and adapt to different stations
- team-oriented and proactive especially during high activity periods
- passion for food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experiences
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- greet customers and share menu knowledge
- prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
- use clear verbal communication to coordinate team efforts and ensure workplace safety
- follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure food quality and order accuracy
- efficiently multitask across prep, service, and cleaning duties especially during peak periods
