Job Requirements
- must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- lifting routinely handling items up to 5-25 lbs and occasionally handling items 40-50 lbs
- bending for accessing low areas and handling items
- reaching for accessing high areas and handling items including building salads and restocking ingredients
- squatting for accessing low areas and handling items
- pulling managing tasks that require pulling items or equipment
- manual dexterity typing, interacting with systems, handling tools including knives, thermometers, POS systems and managing cleaning tools
- physical mobility navigating stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and using equipment
- repetitive motions frequent tasks like typing, cleaning, chopping, assembling and mixing
- physical endurance maintaining energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
- coordination balance, multitasking and handling bulky items or equipment in tight spaces
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- standing and walking extended periods including moving between areas
Job Qualifications
- restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
- quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adapts easily to different stations
- team-oriented and proactive especially during peak periods
- passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experiences
Job Duties
- deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- greet customers and share menu knowledge
- prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- build salads quickly and accurately with correct portions and presentation
- maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, robot coupe, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during service and prep shifts
- use clear verbal cues for team communication to ensure coordination and safety
- follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and handle allergens properly
- efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities especially during peak hours
