Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Previous restaurant leadership experience
- Availability for one of the core shifts including breakfast (open - 2:00 PM), mid (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM), closing (4:00 PM - close), or overnight (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Ability to maintain punctuality and professional appearance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to act as a role model and coach
- Commitment to restaurant goals and standards

- Previous leadership experience in a restaurant setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage teams effectively
