Job Requirements

High school education
Some college preferred
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to stand for long durations
Willingness to initiate tasks independently
Basic knowledge of sales and administrative processes preferred

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Some college preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to perform duties without direct supervision
Ability to stand for long periods
1 year of sales experience preferred
Experience with membership business operations preferred
Passion for fitness, wellness, and the Solidcore brand

Job Duties

Connect with clients by providing a warm welcome and using their names
Open up community connections to engage clients
Recognize and celebrate client efforts, milestones, and achievements
Educate clients on studio offers and express gratitude for their participation
Interact regularly with clients to assess needs, expectations, and satisfaction levels
Perform client-facing system tasks including new account set-up, scheduling, rescheduling, and package purchases
Maintain knowledge of retail products, beverages, towels, and promotions
Assist with daily studio operations and maintain studio cleanliness
Address client requests and concerns promptly and professionally
Notify management of employee or client complaints and assist in resolution
Monitor and report maintenance or equipment issues
Follow up with clients to meet monthly sales quotas
Respond to client emails and communicate important updates
Alert coaches about client milestones and set up celebration boards
