Lot Management is currently seeking reliable and dedicated Day Porters to join their team on a full-time basis at the property located at 6941 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92009. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, totaling 40 hours per week. The hourly pay rate is $18.00, with weekly pay provided, offering financial stability and consistent income. As a Day Porter, individuals will perform vital janitorial and maintenance duties that keep the property clean, safe, and presentable throughout the day. This role is essential for creating a pleasant environment for the residents, employees, and visitors who use the facilities daily. The Day Porter will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including trash removal, surface cleaning, restroom sanitation, exterior window cleaning, and ongoing patrolling of the premises to ensure all public areas meet the company’s standards. The role requires the ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of punctuality, reliability, and communication.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess prior janitorial experience, a strong work ethic, and the physical capability to perform various demanding tasks such as walking for extended periods, lifting weights up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, and handling equipment safely and efficiently. The Day Porter must be comfortable using personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, and safety vests to comply with safety requirements.
