The Client Concierge role at It’s A Secret Med Spa is a key position focused on fostering an outstanding client experience from the moment a patient walks in or calls the facility. This position involves warmly greeting clients, managing front desk responsibilities, providing education about services, and ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism and care. The Client Concierge acts as the front line of the spa, embodying the company’s high standards for service, communication, and efficiency.

Responsibilities for this role include checking patients in and out, handling phone inquiries, supervising inventory management, maintaining supplies, and assisting providers and management with scheduling and appointment book management. The Client Concierge also ensures the environment remains clean and professional, and that all company policies and procedures are followed to maintain streamlined and effective operations at the location. Proficiency with POS systems and accurate client and employee information management are also integral to this role.

This part-time or full-time position is ideal for individuals with previous customer service experience, particularly those familiar with med spa or medical office settings. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding client service are crucial. Candidates must demonstrate excellent etiquette, teamwork, and initiative while maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies. Physical stamina is required as the role involves standing or sitting for long periods, along with occasional physical tasks such as reaching, kneeling, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience

Job Duties
