As a Client Concierge at It’s A Secret Med Spa, you will play a crucial role in shaping the client experience from the moment they enter the spa to the conclusion of their visit. This position involves warmly greeting clients both in-person and over the phone, providing foundational knowledge about the diverse range of medical aesthetic services offered, and efficiently managing front desk operations. Your responsibilities will include managing patient intake, assisting with scheduling, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring that the Point of Sale (POS) system is updated accurately with client and employee information. Additionally, maintaining a clean and organized facility and adhering to company policies to support streamlined service delivery will be essential parts of your role.

Job Requirements
- Previous customer service experience of at least 1 year
- flexible schedule with ability to work weekends required
- previous experience in a med spa or medical office preferred
- must be able to sit or stand for long periods
- must be able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel and push/pull up to 50 lbs
- must maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- must maintain high level of integrity and sound judgment
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a team
- enthusiastic and energetic personality
- working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- bilingual preference
- other duties as assigned
