- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- reliable transportation

- basic maintenance and cleaning skills

- previous maintenance or cleaning experience beneficial

Job Duties
- Filter oil fryers daily
- maintain outside grounds
- clean equipment and inside and outside windows
- clean stock rooms and restrooms
- unload delivery truck twice a week
- take out and empty trash compactor
- change light bulbs
- clean HVAC and exhaust units and roof of debris
