Job Requirements

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain quality, service and cleanliness
- plan shift activities and monitor performance
- take action to meet McDonald's standards
- monitor safety, security and profitability
- communicate with next Shift Manager for shift preparation
- oversee food safety compliance
- manage internal communication
- handle inventory management
- ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness
- schedule and train crew
- ensure quality food production
- provide exceptional customer service
