Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Ability to lead teams effectively

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to team and other managers
  • Oversee Guest Service department including sales promotions and staff training
  • Organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for efficient service
  • Manage Kitchen department focusing on food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Train kitchen staff on production procedures including new menu items
  • Handle People department duties such as hiring, training, scheduling crew
  • Motivate and recognize crew members to support sales and profit goals
