Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to team and other managers
- Oversee Guest Service department including sales promotions and staff training
- Organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for efficient service
- Manage Kitchen department focusing on food quality, safety, and cost control
- Train kitchen staff on production procedures including new menu items
- Handle People department duties such as hiring, training, scheduling crew
- Motivate and recognize crew members to support sales and profit goals
