The role of Copia - Barman with tip at the Alliant Energy Center is a part-time position with an hourly pay range of $15.00 to $18.00. It involves providing excellent customer service with efficiency and care in preparing and serving drinks both directly to customers and through waitstaff. The role requires cooperation with other employees to ensure quick service and a well-stocked bar, enhancing the customer experience. Key responsibilities include greeting patrons, mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring the bar area is properly stocked and organized, preparing accurate inventory counts, and managing orders to replenish supplies. This role demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand or walk for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
