We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant environment. This pivotal role demands a hands-on culinary leader who understands that outstanding food quality results from strong operational systems, disciplined execution, and the development of well-trained personnel. The Kitchen Manager will act as a key driver for food quality, cost control, kitchen culture, and overall operational excellence. The Kitchen Manager will collaborate closely with the General Manager to achieve financial and operational goals, driving the restaurant’s success. This is an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals seeking to elevate their careers within an established, respected restaurant company that values dedication, teamwork, and culinary excellence. Copeland's offers a competitive compensation package and a supportive work environment where passion for food and leadership excellence are rewarded.
