Job Duties
- Creation of event registration sites
- administers batch uploads for recognition programs
- manages all Coupa invoice coding and supply ordering for Team Member Engagement
- manages the campus tours intake form and provides campus tours to special guests
- engage daily with team members through correspondence via multiple shared mailboxes
- coordinate with vendor and leaders to assist with special event recognition
- work with specialists and operational leaders on holiday meal coordination (Oct-Dec)
- support the team on major events including the annual fall festival, Journey, Circle of Excellence and more
