Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Creation of event registration sites
  • administers batch uploads for recognition programs
  • manages all Coupa invoice coding and supply ordering for Team Member Engagement
  • manages the campus tours intake form and provides campus tours to special guests
  • engage daily with team members through correspondence via multiple shared mailboxes
  • coordinate with vendor and leaders to assist with special event recognition
  • work with specialists and operational leaders on holiday meal coordination (Oct-Dec)
  • support the team on major events including the annual fall festival, Journey, Circle of Excellence and more
