Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- demonstrated interest in transportation planning, design, construction, operations, and/or maintenance
- business acumen with strategic thinking and project management skills
- ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and across partner groups
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to educate others on complex technical concepts and lead, facilitate, and present to groups
- ability to gather and assess data and produce reports and presentations
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- high level of discretion and professionalism
- experience using ArcGIS or similar mapping software preferred
- experience working in transit agency, government, or public realm projects preferred
- experience in event planning or large-scale project management preferred
- passion for sports or community involvement
- in-person work in Los Angeles required with frequent local travel
- occasionally work outside traditional business hours may be required

- ability to gather and assess data and produce technical reports and slide decks
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive approach
- high level of discretion and professionalism
- experience using ArcGIS or similar mapping software preferred
- experience working in transit agencies, government, or public realm projects preferred
- experience in event planning or large-scale project management preferred
- passion for sports, community engagement, or involvement in large-scale events
Job Duties
- Support the development of transportation-related agreements with Games stakeholders and public agencies
- assist in developing, editing and refining the Games Mobility and Transportation Plan
- support the design and creation of key transportation deliverables to be circulated publicly
- manage schedules and organize internal and external meetings, conference calls, and events, ensuring that all logistics are planned and executed seamlessly
- assist in monitoring overall Games transportation milestones and deliverables, as well as assist in providing progress reports and updates to functional area leadership and/or Games Mobility Executives
- provide technical assistance for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting transportation data to optimize logistics operations, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision-making
- prepare meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and presentation decks
- assist in developing, editing, and refining communications materials prepared for or in support of community outreach and engagement activities related to Games transportation
