Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, live-event environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor when interacting with clients, VIPs, sponsors, and guests
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office or event management software
- Comfortable working flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and long event days
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift light to moderate equipment as required

Job Duties
- Primary point of contact for internal stadium events and coordinating all logistics associated
- Create event documentation including diagrams, event outlines, and staffing plans
- Support event managers in planning of major events including concerts, collegiate football games, NFL football, other 3rd party events
- Primary point of contact for ancillary activities associated with major events such as VIPs, tailgates
- Assist with event setup and execution, ensuring a good experience for guests and staff
- Additional duties as assigned
