The Event Coordinator position is an integral part of this operations team. This role is responsible for managing the logistics for internal stadium events while supporting the planning and execution of major productions such as NFL games, concerts, and other third-party hosted events. This includes developing detailed event documentation such as diagrams, event outlines, and staffing plans to guide the event setup and execution process.

This includes being the primary contact for ancillary activities related to major events, including managing VIPs and tailgates. The role demands a high level of organization, multitasking ability, and strong communication skills to maintain professional interactions with clients, sponsors, VIP guests, and multiple departments within the stadium.

The position requires flexible working hours, often including nights, weekends, holidays, and long event days, reflecting the dynamic nature of live event operations. Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods as well as lift light to moderate equipment when necessary. The ideal candidate should possess computer skills relevant to event management, such as proficiency with Microsoft Office or specialized event software.

It is ideal for individuals who thrive in a vibrant, collaborative environment and who have a passion for event coordination and operations management. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding event experiences for a wide range of stakeholders.
