Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of event management or venue operations experience preferred
- prior supervisory experience
- valid driver's license
- ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to walk, stand, climb stairs for 8-12 hours
- ability to lift items over 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in event management, sports administration, hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years experience in event management or venue operations preferred
- prior supervisory experience
- strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- excellent verbal and written communication
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- confident decision-maker
- knowledge of departmental policies
Job Duties
- Coordinate logistics for Browns events to ensure smooth execution
- Partner with catering, security, housekeeping, and guest services for staffing and scheduling
- Collaborate with clients and partners to confirm event specifications
- Assess and fulfill asset needs like furniture and AV equipment
- Develop and maintain programming diagrams for event spaces
- Serve as Manager on Duty for special events providing on-site leadership
- Support gameday operations including setup and staff coordination
