Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in event planning or coordination
- ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- strong problem-solving skills
- capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Develops and executes all facets of events to ensure outstanding profit per tour statistics
- executes site inspections, permit hearings, planning meetings and event execution
- builds strategic relationships with national partners to enhance event quality and customer satisfaction
- communicates with project directors, marketing directors and sales managers to ensure events are on schedule and goals are met
- develops site-specific operations plans covering traffic management, parking, waste management, pedestrian flow, emergency and medical services
- forecasts resource requirements and develops event staffing plans
- manages venue relations throughout the event lifecycle
