The NASCAR Foundation Coordinator, Programs is a vital role within The NASCAR Foundation team, specifically focusing on the Speediatrics Children's Fund. This fund supports several charitable initiatives, including the Speediatrics Fun Day Festivals, the Speedy Bear Brigade, and the prestigious Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award. The role is centered on coordinating the execution and expansion of these programs, ensuring they deliver both charitable impact and financial growth. This is a full-time position that thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting requiring a blend of project management, community relations, marketing collaboration, and hands-on program execution.
The individual in this position will work closely with the Director of Programs and other internal teams to meticulously plan event logistics, cultivate relationships with charity partners, and manage outreach efforts that provide critical support to children and families. Responsibilities also include developing key metrics to assess program impact, handling budgetary details, and supporting marketing teams in story development to highlight the Foundation's efforts. The role involves travel to NASCAR tracks as needed to activate programs and build connections.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Three to five years related experience and/or training in nonprofit sector, program management, project management, community relations or grant giving, motorsports industry or agency experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient on company-provided hardware and software including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Non-profit database management system experience ideal
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service-centered environment
- Strong project management skills
- Emotional maturity and agility in working in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university

- Proficient with Microsoft products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with HTML and design software a plus

Job Duties
- Work with the Director, Programs to coordinate The NASCAR Foundation's Speediatrics Fun Day Festival program including back-end logistics, planning at-track event activations, coordinating with stakeholders, developing and managing key metrics
- Support the Director of Programs to facilitate The NASCAR Foundation's Speedy Bear Brigade program including hospital outreach, asset development, and back-end logistics
- Develop and gather metrics to measure impact and report outcomes to stakeholders
- Provide support for the Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award including non-profit outreach, candidate selection, finalist and charity communications
- Serve as The NASCAR Foundation's Charity Relationship coordinator maintaining a database of charity partners, developing growth strategies, and regular impact reporting
- Collaborate with Marketing Team to showcase The NASCAR Foundation's impact through website stories and social media content including live content and ongoing program impact
- Lead select program partnerships and grant donations managing goals, timelines, execution, and impact metrics
- Oversee all at-track tours/requests and travel as needed for program activations
- Gather and build impact stories by engaging recipients, volunteers, and donors for marketing and development use
