- ability to work independently

- strong organizational and logistical skills
- knowledge of NCAA, SEC, and institutional rules and regulations related to equestrian sports
- ability to work nontraditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand, walk, lift or move up to 50 pounds
- ability to operate farm machinery

Job Duties
- Assist with upkeep and installation of fencing around equestrian facility
- mow grass
- perform landscaping
- conduct weed control
- fertilize grounds
- maintain jumps
- assist facilities manager with feeding horses and cleaning stalls
- oversee and assist with equipment maintenance
- serve as event manager for equestrian events
- schedule deliveries and coordinate set up and breakdown of equestrian and athletic equipment
- prepare arena for events
- coordinate cleanup before and after events
- perform other duties as assigned
