Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • One or more years of related work experience
  • Ability to consistently exhibit engaging customer service
  • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to support various constituencies served by the university
  • Proof of valid driver's license upon hire and throughout employment
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of employment without assistance from the university
  • Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • One or more years of related work experience
  • Experience in college admissions or enrollment management preferred
  • Experience in event planning and coordination preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems, specifically Slate, preferred

Job Duties

  • Plan and implement admissions recruitment and yield events on-campus, off-campus, and virtually
  • Collaborate with university partners in academic and student support departments and colleges
  • Meet established visit and event goals and generate reports for continual improvement
  • Present information sessions and provide campus tours to prospective students and families
  • Assist walk-in students and families with admissions inquiries and provide office coverage
  • Coordinate event logistics including booking spaces, securing catering, set-up, day-of implementation, contract completion, and invoice processing
