Job Requirements

Masters degree in psychology, social work, behavior analysis, or related field
Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation
Minimum 3 years experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
Experience developing and implementing behavior support plans
Staff supervision and training experience
Knowledge of OPWDD, DOH, CMS and SED regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgement skills
Required continuing education and credential maintenance

Job Qualifications

Masters in psychology, social work, behavior analysis, or related clinical field
BCBA, NYS mental health counseling license, or OPWDD-qualified Level 1 or 2 BIS
Required continuing education and credential maintenance
Minimum 3 years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
Experience developing and implementing behavior support plans

Knowledge of OPWDD, DOH, CMS and SED regulations
