Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years clerical or clerk experience in a warehouse manufacturing military or related environment
- ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- basic computer skills including warehouse management systems
- strong organizational and communication skills
- willingness to assist with training and documentation

- attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- utilize various information system tools to prioritize and manage loading and unloading workload
- coordinate dock operations including dock door assignment and trailer spotting to maximize capacity and ensure proper workload sequencing
- assign loading and unloading work to forklift operators highlighting special packaging or inventory requirements
- monitor intra-plant and inter-plant replenishment orders for timely product arrival
- print pick lists review completed pick lists for accuracy enter order adjustments and shipping paperwork
- provide systems technical assistance resolving WMS exceptions RF problems inventory variances and other operational issues
- assist manager and team leaders in documenting procedures training new hires and evaluating team performance
