Job Description

Travel + Leisure Co. is the world's leading vacation ownership and travel membership company, known for its dynamic and growing portfolio of resort, travel club, and lifestyle travel brands. The company strives to put the world on vacation by delivering exceptional experiences to millions of travelers worldwide. With a focus on innovation and growth, Travel + Leisure Co. fosters a work environment that is engaging, challenging, and rewarding. The company supports a diverse and inclusive culture where employees are encouraged to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact in the travel and hospitality industry.

This full-time remote Coordinator, Inventory Support role is an essential part of the Club Operations team, supporting the Inventory Swap process for Resort Optimization Operations. The position primarily involves preparing, reviewing, validating, and auditing timeshare contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements. The coordinator plays a critical role in verifying the accuracy of contract requests, managing the contractual documentation, and ensuring clear deed transfers are completed efficiently. This role requires close collaboration with multiple internal departments to successfully fulfill contractual obligations, making it a vital function in maintaining operational excellence across travel club inventory management.

As a Coordinator in this capacity, you will spend a significant portion of your time (55 percent) generating contracts, which requires a keen eye for detail and adherence to compliance standards. Another 35 percent of your time will be dedicated to completing administrative tasks that support the Swap Specialists, enabling them to focus on client-facing operations. Additionally, you will coordinate intake processes for all inputs and manage cases, dedicating around 5 percent of your time to these activities. The remaining 5 percent includes other duties as needed, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in your role.

The role comes with minimal travel requirements, limited mainly to yearly team meetings, allowing for a fully remote work setup. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and values experience in contract processing and customer service. Knowledge of Wyndham Contracts Standards, Club, and Loan Products is preferred but not mandatory. Technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite and various proprietary operating systems such as OFSLL, Client Application, Wyndham Owner Worksheet, Sale Point, Salesforce/Journey, and Payment Gateway will enhance your efficiency and success in this role.

Working with Travel + Leisure Co. means you will be part of a company that offers comprehensive health and welfare benefits to support your well-being and career development. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, life and accident insurance, disability coverage, and retirement savings plans with employer match. Additionally, paid time off, parental leave, holidays, volunteer paid time off, legal and identity theft plans, voluntary income protection benefits, wellness programs, and employee assistance programs create a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.

Join Travel + Leisure Co. and be part of a global team where memories start with you. The company fosters a culture of hospitality, excellence, and community support, encouraging every associate to contribute to making vacation dreams come true. This equal opportunity employer values diversity and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations during the recruitment process to ensure equal access for all candidates.
