Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of inventory management or logistics experience, merchandise or retail industry preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory control processes and SKU tracking
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) is a plus
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed during inventory tasks
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Track and report on inventory accuracy, stock levels, and receiving status to internal teams
- Assist in resolving inventory variances by reconciling warehouse reports with internal inventory data
- Support cycle counts and periodic inventory reconciliations as needed
- Conduct inventory audits to verify quantities received against packing lists and system records
- Ensure merchandise is properly labeled, packed, and organized according to company compliance standards
- Work with warehouse partners to ensure all received inventory is systemically ingested and available for fulfillment in a timely manner
- Verify and ensure correct SKU labeling and barcoding to avoid discrepancies in inventory management systems
- Escalate any discrepancies, damages, or non-compliance issues to the Operations Manager for resolution
