As a Coordinator in Experiential & Events, you will immerse yourself in an energetic environment where creativity meets precision. This role is designed for individuals passionate about event production and administration, offering a hands-on opportunity to support and orchestrate various events that align with FOX’s brand identity and business objectives. You will collaborate with diverse teams including legal, finance, design, and technology, gaining practical experience managing logistics, budgets, presentation materials, and on-site event execution. Located at the FOX Lot in Los Angeles, the position requires regular on-site presence and offers the chance to work on high-profile projects for multiple business units. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years experience in corporate events or agency roles
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to lift boxes and stand for extended periods
- Capability to work overtime and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Availability to work in Los Angeles office early mornings and late evenings
- Reliable attendance minimum of four days per week on-site
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on corporate events or agency experience
- Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working on virtual and on-site event logistics
- Familiarity with database applications and internet research
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime and travel domestically and internationally
Job Duties
- Provide daily administrative support to senior team members
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Process invoices and expense reports
- Build presentation decks and assist with data entry
- Support on-site and virtual event logistics
- Help create event production timelines
- Research and plan experience enhancement opportunities
- Track deliveries and coordinate event details
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless event execution
- Monitor hotel rooming lists and function space needs
- Assist with hotel menu planning and logistics
- Work live events by managing deliveries, supervising production assistants, handling check-in, and set-up and strike tasks
