Job Requirements
- Database and event management software experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with high degree of accuracy
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
- Interest in learning event processes and execution
- Ability to build positive relationships with coworkers and external partners
- Ability to be resourceful, proactive, and meet deadlines
- Outstanding communication skills including writing and verbal presentations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Duties
- Assist in the planning and execution of DRC events including placing catering orders for council/task force meetings, creation of name tags, support the event registration process and coordinating room set ups
- Attend and participate in event planning check in meetings to ensure successful meetings and events
- Support CRM data processing (Salesforce/Nimble)
- Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies
- Provide day-to-day administrative support within the event management software (Cvent)
- Ability to use role-specific CRM platforms and event systems without supervision
- Be a team-player and willing to assist wherever necessary
