Job Duties

  • Plan, organize, and manage events at The Causeway Center
  • develop event concepts, objectives, timelines, and budgets
  • coordinate all event logistics including vendors, floorplans, menus, and schedules
  • provide on-site event support including setup, execution, and teardown
  • manage client and vendor relationships ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
  • produce contracts, invoices, and manage billing and fee collection
  • create event diagrams and floor plans
  • ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • participate actively in mission-driven programs and other duties as assigned
