Job Requirements
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 156 lbs and carry objects weighing 70 lbs up to 100 feet
- Ability to push/pull weights up to 70 lbs and maintain grip strength
- Must show fine motor dexterity
- Ability to climb, stoop, crawl, twist, squat and reach overhead
- Frequent and constant standing, stair climbing and walking
- Willingness to travel 50 to 75 percent of the time
- Ability to work 12+ hours per day during events season
Job Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Solid communication skills
- Strong organization and detail management
- Ability to work with the public
- Ability to work long hours during the events season
- Experience with event logistics or production preferred
- Demonstrated physical ability to handle heavy lifting and manual tasks
Job Duties
- Researches and secures supplies, equipment, rentals, trucks, and permits for each event in multiple city locations
- Timing schedule and delivery to ensure supplies and activation items are in place
- Organize event schedules and calendars
- Partner with brand teams to assist with a variety of projects
- Assembly, activation, and dismantling of events
- Unloading, loading, setting up and taking down of equipment
- Complete other projects and duties as assigned
