The HomeGoods Store 0736 in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a dedicated professional to join its team as a Receiving and Merchandising Associate. This role is responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient and effective processing by associates, while fostering teamwork. The position plays a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. It requires someone who exemplifies outstanding customer service and can promote a culture of honesty and integrity. Key responsibilities include managing truck deliveries, prioritizing merchandise processing, training associates, ensuring merchandise is properly tagged and displayed, and maintaining back stock organization. Communication with store coordinators to ensure the flow of merchandise to the sales floor is efficient is essential, as is coaching associates on productivity and adherence to the store plan.

This role also involves upholding the merchandising philosophy and store signage standards, maintaining organizational and cleanliness standards in the backroom, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety programs. It requires collaboration with management on training and operational priorities, and the promotion of company credit and loyalty programs. The role supports store shrink reduction initiatives and plays an active part in maintaining a safe workplace. Job Duties
