Job Requirements

- relevant experience in a similar coordination or supervisory role
- knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance
- ability to work flexible hours including on-call shifts

Job Duties
- work with ethics, honesty, values, and integrity
- develop service schedules, fuel schedules, and coordinate deliveries and pickups
- schedule and dispatch Field Technicians to service, repair, and/or deliver/pickup equipment
- monitor hours of service for Field Technicians to ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- track daily jobs, create work tickets, and ensure submission to Admins for billing
- maintain branch inventory and keep accurate counts of equipment on location
- ensure quality of service and promptly address all complaints/issues
- track vehicle maintenance and monitor GPS events
- carry out supervisory responsibilities according to Company policies and procedures
- complete all monthly safety and equipment-related trainings
- answer Company-issued cell phone during on-call hours according to Company and safety policies
- perform any other duty, responsibility or task as assigned by the supervisor
