Job Qualifications

- ability to work within temperature variations
- ability to comprehend product labeling instructions
Job Duties
- Retrieve orders from storeroom
- check stock received against requisition
- re-check items with bartender for completeness
- cut, slice, and peel garnishes and fruits
- mix and pour juices according to projected business
- store back-up supplies requiring refrigeration
- maintain adequate supplies like stir sticks and napkins
- maintain cleanliness of bar area and storage
- scoop and transport ice to service areas
- box and save empty liquor bottles
- transport and maintain heavy beer kegs
- comply with attendance rules
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
