Job Requirements
- One or more years of experience working in a kitchen
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must live in or near Houston, TX
- ServSafe certified or able to receive training
- Ability to work all home football games
- Must wear non-slip shoes
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Capable of standing and moving for prolonged periods
- Manual dexterity to operate kitchen tools and equipment
Job Qualifications
- One or more years of experience working in a kitchen, catering experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must live in or near Houston, TX
- ServSafe certification or availability to receive training
- Capable of producing consistent products in a timely manner
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Understanding of food safety practices including temperature logs and cleaning/sanitizing
- Ability to plan and multitask
- Self-motivated with a high energy level
- Availability to work all home football games
Job Duties
- Maintain the highest level of food quality with the culinary team
- Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen and food service areas
- Maintain high standards of service, safety, and food quality for each event
- Run food on game-days and assist in organizing menu items according to event orders
- Prepare items according to recipes
- Clean and organize kitchen equipment and products
- Assist culinary management team in all assigned tasks
