The Food Preparation Assistant role is essential to the success of Dining Services in providing timely, efficient, and safe meal preparation aligned with daily menus or specific work instructions. Under the supervision of cooks and other designated personnel, this position demands meticulous attention to food preparation details including portion control, temperature monitoring, and sanitary practices. The assistant supports the overall kitchen workflow by processing orders through the GET system and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
