Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
- COVID-19 vaccination
- 3+ years cooking in a professional kitchen or culinary arts degree
- availability for daytime Monday-Friday hours
- willingness to participate in all aspects of kitchen operations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years cooking in a professional kitchen
- culinary arts degree preferred
- experience in fine dining or large-volume kitchens is a plus
- ability to work well in a team
- strong creativity and passion for food
- commitment to quality and presentation
- excellent time management skills
Job Duties
- Compose and prepare scratch-made dishes
- collaborate with culinary team on menu development
- ensure quality and presentation of all dishes
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
- assist in catering events and special functions
- manage culinary tasks with autonomy
- innovate with healthy and sustainable ingredients
