For cooks, previous cooking or food preparation experience is preferred, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are equally important. Cooks are tasked with supporting the kitchen team to ensure all culinary operations run smoothly and accurately, helping to uphold the high-quality standards for which RAM is known. Dish Machine Operators (DMOs) are responsible for maintaining a sanitary and efficient dishwashing area, working in a high-volume setting to support service teams in delivering exceptional hospitality. This role requires physical endurance and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Job Requirements

  • Must be in possession of or able to obtain a food handlers permit for positions that require it
  • Good communication and personal skills
  • Ability and stamina to spend extended time on feet

  • Experience in high-volume preferred
  • Ability to work weekends
