Job Requirements

  • positive attitude
  • food and beer knowledge or the ability to become an expert
  • must be in possession of or able to obtain a food handlers permit for positions that require it
  • good communication and personal skills
  • ability and stamina to spend an extended amount of time on your feet
  • working as a team a must
  • experience in high-volume preferred
  • able to work weekends

Job Qualifications

  • prior cooking or food preparation experience preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • ability to obtain food handlers permit if required
  • strong communication skills
  • positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • experience in high-volume kitchen preferred
  • knowledge or willingness to learn about food and beer

Job Duties

  • assist with food preparation and cooking tasks as directed
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dishwashing areas
  • operate dishwashing machines efficiently ensuring all items are sanitized
  • support kitchen team to ensure smooth and accurate culinary operations
  • adhere to health and safety standards and food handling regulations
  • collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service
  • manage high-volume workloads with stamina and efficiency
