Job Requirements
- positive attitude
- food and beer knowledge or the ability to become an expert
- must be in possession of or able to obtain a food handlers permit for positions that require it
- good communication and personal skills
- ability and stamina to spend an extended amount of time on your feet
- working as a team a must
- experience in high-volume preferred
- able to work weekends

Job Duties
- assist with food preparation and cooking tasks as directed
- maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dishwashing areas
- operate dishwashing machines efficiently ensuring all items are sanitized
- support kitchen team to ensure smooth and accurate culinary operations
- adhere to health and safety standards and food handling regulations
- collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service
- manage high-volume workloads with stamina and efficiency
