Job Requirements
- positive attitude
- food and beer knowledge or ability to become an expert
- must be in possession of or able to obtain a food handlers permit for positions that require it
- good communication and personal skills
- ability and stamina to spend an extended amount of time on your feet
- working as a team a must
- experience in high-volume preferred
- able to work weekends

Job Duties
- assist kitchen team in smooth operation of culinary programs
- prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas
- assist in food preparation and inventory management
- follow safety and food handling guidelines
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate food service
- contribute to a positive and efficient work environment
