The Line Cook Seasonal role at The Mill is a vital position designed to support the kitchen through the busy months from mid-May through September, with some flexibility in scheduling. This role is perfect for those who thrive in high-volume, dynamic kitchen environments and have a passion for food preparation and cooking. As part of the opening team, the Line Cook Seasonal will contribute by preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction. The position demands excellent time management and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities during peak dining times.

This role also emphasizes collaboration among kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient food preparation. The Line Cook is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations to uphold The Mill’s reputation for quality and safety. The seasonal nature of the role requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, as well as physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Requirements
