Job Requirements
- Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays during the seasonal period
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

- Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- culinary school training or certification
- experience working in a high-volume or seasonal food service environment
- familiarity with a variety of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- knowledge of allergen management and special dietary requirements
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations throughout shifts
- assist in receiving and storing food supplies ensuring proper rotation and storage conditions
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service
- adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment
- monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management to prevent shortages during peak times
- support the kitchen team in managing high-volume orders during seasonal demand spikes
