Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years to work in production
- at least 18 years old with 2 years of driving experience for delivery drivers
- good driving record for delivery positions
- ability to pass company background check for management roles
- valid food-handler's card
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- punctuality and reliability
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and customer service orientation
- prior food service or retail experience is a plus
- valid food-handler's card required
- for delivery drivers, valid driver’s license and good driving record
- management candidates should have prior leadership experience
Job Duties
- prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- assist with delivery orders and ensure timely service
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- communicate effectively with team members and customers
- handle payment and tips accurately
