Job Requirements

Authorized to work in United States
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Ability to start shifts as early as 5 am and work until 7 pm
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Good attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

Experience in bakery or kitchen environment
Ability to prepare high quality food
Familiarity with artisan baking techniques
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

Cook high quality food with carefully selected seasonal ingredients for guests
Bake breads and fresh pastries
Prep meats, fresh vegetables and fruits, house made specialty beverages, grab n go French style salad and sandwiches
Prepare made to order fresh egg dishes, gourmet salads, sandwiches, and toast items on the menu
Order supplies and keep records and accounts
Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness
