Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends
  • Must adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Physical stamina for prolonged standing and lifting
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must be a team player

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen preferred
  • Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within fine dining
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and assist in line cooking
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications accurately
  • Assist senior cooks and chefs as needed
  • Manage food storage and inventory to reduce waste
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Participate in ongoing culinary training and development
