The role of a Delivery Driver at Insomnia Cookies, specifically in the Downtown Cincinnati store located at 1126 Main Street, Cincinnati OH 45202, is critical to the company’s operation and customer satisfaction. As a Delivery Driver, you serve as the essential face of Insomnia Cookies outside of the bakery. The position is often described as the "Boots on the ground," ensuring the delivery of the trademark Cookie Magic to the company’s fans wherever they may be within the store’s delivery area. This role is more than just delivering; it’s about creating memorable experiences for customers by providing timely, safe, and accurate delivery of cookies, milk, and ice cream.
Insomnia Cookies places great emphasis on providing excellent customer service. Delivery Drivers are expected to interact positively and professionally with customers both in-person and via phone. The job also includes using the company’s proprietary delivery app to maintain delivery standards and provide accurate status updates to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience. The position typically operates on a PM shift within a small but busy delivery zone. Workers benefit from an average hourly pay range of $17.00 to $20.00, with pay-on-demand options allowing drivers to access their earnings daily.

Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner

- Use Insomnia Cookies’ delivery app to meet company standards and provide accurate status updates
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery equipment and vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving
- Communicate effectively with store team and customers regarding deliveries
