This position offers flexible part-time schedules ideal for those seeking a job that accommodates other commitments. Starting pay can be up to $23.00 per hour with opportunities to earn daily via the Pay-on-Demand feature, which allows employees to access their earnings promptly after each shift. Delivery Drivers are expected to ensure the accuracy and quality of orders before leaving the store, deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream promptly within a small and busy delivery zone, and maintain positive interactions with customers both in-person and over the phone. Familiarity with the immediate 2-mile radius surrounding the store is beneficial, and drivers must be adept at using the company’s delivery app to provide real-time updates to customers and uphold service standards. Those hired will need to have their own vehicle, a valid driver’s license, insurance, registration, and meet the company’s background check requirements. This position requires excellent time management skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering joy and satisfaction to customers.
