Job Requirements
- Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed

- Ability to manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus

- Previous customer service or delivery experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers in person or by phone
- Use Insomnia’s delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Manage time and routes efficiently within the delivery zone
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic car maintenance checks
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while delivering orders
