Insomnia Cookies is currently seeking motivated, customer-oriented Delivery Drivers for its Berkeley location at 2580 Bancroft Way, Suite 2, Berkeley, CA 94704. As a Delivery Driver, you are the "boots on the ground" and the primary face of Insomnia Cookies outside the bakery. This role is crucial in ensuring that the Cookie Magic reaches fans wherever they are, with timely and safe deliveries. Delivery Drivers represent the brand to customers by providing excellent service both in person and via communication channels. The position offers a competitive starting wage of $20 per hour plus tips, pay-on-demand options, and a supportive work environment with flexible part-time scheduling.

This role involves verifying order quality and accuracy before dispatch, delivering cookies, milk, and ice cream within a small but busy delivery zone, and using the Insomnia delivery app to provide real-time updates to customers. Drivers must maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers, supporting the company’s commitment to delivering not only sweet treats but also exceptional customer experiences.
